PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Relidy Referral Points Program which is operated by Relidy LLC. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Relidy for products, services or otherwise. Relidy reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Referral Points Program at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.relidy.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued participation in the Referral Points Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Referral Points Program. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in the Referral Points Program.
This program is intended for use by only by existing Relidy customers. To qualify as a Relidy customer you must have purchased a product or service from Relidy within that past 24 months.

Referral Points Program Overview
The Relidy Referral Points Program is one way that Relidy endeavors to reward and provide its services to its customers at reduced rates. To enroll in the Relidy Referral Points Program and start receiving referral points, you will first need to sign up and accept these program terms via the form below.
Upon registration and acceptance in the Relidy Referral Points Program, you will be issued a Referral Code. This code MUST be used by used by the person or company placing any order. The code may be used via the online shopping cart process or via the phone when an order is placed with a Relidy sales person.
There are no membership fees associated with the Relidy Referral Points Program. Points accumulated under the program have no cash value and may never be redeemed for cash. Points may only be used towards purchase for Relidy products and services.
Your Points, benefits, Referral Code, and your account under the Relidy Referral Program are personal to you and your company and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with another person or company.
Relidy reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Relidy Referral Points Program if Relidy believes that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these Terms of Use.
Relidy also reserves the right to unregister and make ineligible for the Relidy Referral Points Program any Referral Code that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no purchase activity.
Relidy reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Relidy Referral Points Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
