Marketing has changed a lot over the years, largely because of the Internet. But one of the oldest forms of home marketing is still one of the best — the yard sign! The yard sign broadcasts for all to see that your company is involved in a particular project and can lead to many additional customers. Plus yard signs can be used over and over again on different projects.

Yard Signs should be placed immediately on any property that your company is working for. Preferably the yard signs should be placed where they are easily viewable by passerbyers. Yard Signs should be simple, yet eye catching and should include at a minimum your company name, contact information, and main services. Another way to promote your services, is with the use of a sign rider. Have a rider with all your services, or have several differ net riders, each with a main service. Place the rider that is most appropriate for that particular project.

Properly placing signage around the property that your company is working on provides a statement of professionalism to your customer. It states that you are proud enough of your service that you are willing to broadcast it to everyone.
