Excellent Email Deliverability

Industry leading email deliverablity rate consistently of 98% or greater!

Get Your Emails Delivered!!!

The third party-rating of our email deliverability rate is consistently 98% or greater. We employ a variety of procedures and tactics to maintain CAN-SPAM compliance and excellent deliverability rates. This includes monitoring our sender reputation, black/white listing status, and customer sending habits. Additionally it involves strict adherence of CAN-SPAM regulations and proof that any clients are providing requested content from clearly opted-in recipients.

Our primary IP addresses are consistently rated between 95% and 100% by Sender Score. Sender Score is Return Path's comprehensive reputation database covering email senders worldwide. This helps to ensure that our client’s emails are given premium delivery status. Black and white listing statuses are monitored daily using Delivery Watch; the leading self service solution for e-mail deliverability monitoring. Delivery Watch's automated monitoring provides real-time information about our email deliverability.

In addition, we continuously monitor our server bounce logs to ensure an ISP is not preventing the delivery of email. Our internal control mechanisms are extremely effective in preventing black-listings and deliverability issues.

Feedback Loops with Major ISPs

Feedback loops tell us whenever a recipient hits the Spam button. That’s important to help us identify spammers early. We also employ human review and some programmatic methods to sniff the spammers out. This keeps our IP addresses clean and in good standing with the Internet Service Providers. Here’s a current list of feedback loops we use:

  • AOL
  • Excite
  • Yahoo
  • Hotmail
  • Comcast
  • Juno/Netzero
  • RoadRunner
  • USA.net
  • Cox.net
  • Mailtrust
  • Open SRS
Throttling of Large Campaigns

Large Campaigns are automatically throttled to ensure that your emails are delivered to the ISP's at an acceptable rate, and the ISPs do not view your Large Campaigns as a Spam attack.
