Banner Stand Process

On this page you will learn how our Banner Stand Process works. If you still have unanswered questions after reviewing this page, please either chat with an available representative, call us at (877) 759-4440 or visit our contact us page. We would be glad to answer any questions you might have regarding our processes.

Step 1: Compilation

We start out by sending you a quick questionnaire with some basic questions. We also request that you complete your company's profile which will help us better understand your company, its market, and its clientele.

Your designer will then contact you to discuss any particulars for the banner stand design(s) that you might want to incorporate.

Step 2: Design

Next, your designer will review the gathered information and create a first proof of your Flyer. Once the proof is completed your designer will upload it into your Relidy account.

Step 3: Refinement

The uploading of the first proof to your account will start the "Free Revisions" for 30 days (or a minimum of 3 revisions) during which period there are no charges for any revisions to the design. Once the design is as desired and approved, the designer will lock in the design.

Step 4: Completion

Once your Banner Stand Design is approved, your designer will generate one (1) PDF file, a low resolution version to share with customers via email. A high resolution, print ready file is available for an extra fee. Your designer will then upload the file to your Relidy account. The final file(s) will be available for download from your account for a six month period.

Step 5: Printing

Next your banner stand design(s) will be submitted to printing. Turn around times vary depending on banner stand models and quantities. Contact us if you have a specific date or event you need these by.

Step 6: Future Revisions and Updates

If you need to revise your Banner Stand Design after the project has been completed, or the Free Revision period has expired, any changes can be done on an hourly rate. Only complete redesigns will require a new order.
