Holiday Card Design Process

On this page you will learn how our Holiday Card Design Process works. If you still have unanswered questions after reviewing this page, please either chat with an available representative, call us at (877) 759-4440 or visit our contact us page. We would be glad to answer any questions you might have regarding our processes.

Step 1: Compilation

We start out by asking you some basic questions. We also request that you complete your company's profile which will help us better understand your company, its market, and its clientele.

Your designer will then contact you to discuss any particulars for the stationery design that you might want to incorporate.

Step 2: Design

Next, your designer will review the gathered information and create a first proof of your Holiday Card. Once the proof is completed your designer will upload it into your Relidy account.

Step 3: Refinement

Since the Holiday Cards are pre-designed products, there is only 1 included revision. Once the card is customized with your company information, you will receive a proof. This will give you the opportunity to make any basic corrections like address or spelling. There are no overall design updates or changes included, but these can be purchased at our standard hourly rate. Once the design is as desired and approved, the designer will lock in the design.

Step 4: Completion

Once your Holiday Card design is approved, your designer will generate one low resolution PDF version. A high resolution print ready PDF file is available for purchase. Your designer will then upload these files to your Relidy account. The final files will be available for download from your account for a six month period.

Step 5: Printing

Once the Holiday Card design is approved, it will be sent to the printer according to the selections made during the ordering process. Changes to the envelope, paper, and finishing may result in extra charges. See the Holiday Cards page for material details.

Printing turnaround depends on the type of paper, envelope and finishes selected.

Step 6: Future Revisions and Updates

If you need to revise your Holiday Card Design after the project has been completed, or the included revision has been used, all changes will be charged our standard hourly rate. Only complete redesigns will require a new order.
