Refund and Change Order Policies

All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds. Orders may only be changed prior to commencement of any work, service, or assignment. Credit will be issued towards other products or services of equal or lessor value. A $75.00 fee per item will be assessed for any changes after the order has been placed. Relidy reserves the right to cancel any order that it deems not to meet all policies and guidelines.

Once you submit your order the order will be processed within 2-5 business days. Once a proof is created of any design, that product or service may not be changed and no credit of any kind will be issued towards any other product or service under any circumstance. For orders containing merchandise (ie. Shirts, hats, other), changes must be made prior to the following business day starting at 8:00 am CDT. If order is placed after hours, changes must be made before 12:00 pm CDT.

Warranty Policies

We have a 15 day 100% warranty guarantee on all printed material in regards to damages incurred during the printing process and / or during the shipment.  Original orders must first be returned to us within the 15 day warranty period. Damaged orders will then be reprinted and shipped back to you.  Please allow 3-6 weeks to receive new order.

The same 15 day warranty guarantee also applies to wearable merchandise purchased from Relidy.  If your order contains shirts, hats, or any other merchandise to be embroidered or printed that appear to be damaged or incorrect, you must ship the order back to us and allow 3-6 weeks for reprint and shipment. 

If you have warranty claims or damages, please e-mail us. Simply type in the subject line "Damaged".  In the body of the e-mail type "Damaged", name on the account, and order number. If a shipment or part of a shipment is missing, then the same applies. PLEASE DO NOT CALL IN DAMAGES. Please allow time to process and look at your statement before contacting us with further questions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend upon location, quantities, and optional expediting services. Please note that the rates may vary and may be changed at anytime without prior notice to the customer.

Copyright Policy

Relidy respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our customers to do the same.

By using our site and completing your user profile, you are representing that you have full rights to the use of product images and other materials of any and all companies that you have listed. In addition, any images and materials that you may provide to Relidy require a representation of full rights without infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties.

You also recognize that subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, so absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material supplied by you for use in preparing your content for reproduction.

You agree to indemnify and hold Relidy.com and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, or transmit through our site.

Correction Fee Policies

If you find problems with your proof, you can either send us a corrected file for a $75 fee, or have us make corrections at $10 each. There is no charge for corrections made as a result of any errors we introduced in preparing your proof.

Privacy Policy and Credit Card Information

No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or web site. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary, or to provide news, special offers or invitations to participate in customer surveys or testimonials. You may opt-out of receiving non-order related communications on our Unsubscribe page.

Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered. Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times.
